This page lists the information you will need to provide to create a Team registration. Any member of the Team can register the Team, but make sure that only one of you registers the Team! And make absolutely sure that you have all your information ready, and have decided how you will make payment, before beginning the Team registration process.
The button to enter the Team will appear on your Account Dashboard only when you have successfully submitted your racer registration and Entry Administration has accepted it. You will be able to add your teammates when each of them has submitted their racer registration and Entry Administration has accepted them.
If your Team is representing your college or university, in accordance with the criteria in the Air Race Classic Rules, then:
Note: Only Competition Class teams are eligible for the Collegiate Award. If you are entering in EDMA Class, you are welcome to identify that you are a collegiate team; however, you will not be eligible for a collegiate award.
Indicate who will be the pilot, the copilot, and teammate. The drop-down box will list only racer registrations with a status of "Accepted." A Racer registration that has been saved or reviewed won't be listed — only those that have been accepted. If you don't see your Team members on the list, please contact them and verify that they a) submitted their Racer registration; and b) Entry Administration accepted the registration.

You can save your Team registration as often as you like. That way, you can correct the information, or go off to find the information and return to resume your work. When you are ready, your account dashboard will show the "Review/Pay" button. The review process will display errors or warnings of possible missing/incorrect information, and you will have another opportunity to edit the registration.
When there are no more errors (but perhaps some warnings and notifications of missing data), you can then "Review/Pay" for the Team registration. The FULL registration payment per racer is $399.00 - covering the Race event ($399.00), Start Weekend ([StartFee]), and Terminus Weekend ([TerminusFee]). We encourage you to pay online if at all possible, but there will be the option to pay by check. Note that until Air Race Classic receives payment in full, the Team registration is considered to be incomplete and won't be in the queue for race number assignment.

Handicap scheduling deadline: May 15th
Handicap flight completion deadline: May 31st
NOTE: Any scheduled maintenance performed after the handicap flight will invalidate the handicap, and it may not be possible for ARC to rehandicap.***
Check the box to indicate that you agree to the terms. For collegiate Teams, there is an additional check box to indicate that all Team members meet the collegiate Team requirements in the rules. Once you click on submit, your payment is processed and you will receive a confirmation email.
